Alexandria VA Rentals

Not everyone wants to buy a house now, so we have created an Alexandria VA rental section.

A few rental notes:

  • Rental applications typically require an application fee. This fee is for each adult that will be residing in the home ($40-60 each)
  • Earnest money deposits are typically equal to a full month's rent and should be included with the application. The check is not deposited unless the landlord accepts the application. Many real estate brokerages require certified funds.
  • Make certain you ask if the owner is current on their mortgage. You don't want to get into a lease only to find out the property is about to go into foreclosure.
