This weekend we will be honoring and remembering the ultimate sacrifice of those who have served in our military. 26th Annual Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Rally

In case you are new to the area and wonder why there are so many motorcycles on the road, Sunday the 26th Annual Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Rally will be held. This is the largest single motorcycle event of its kind with over 900,000 motorcyclists from around the world. Rolling Thunder serves to remind us that the search for our missing in action continues. The ride begins at the Pentagon and finishes at the Vietnam Memorial. Read more about this event.
National Memorial Day Concert

National Memorial Day Parade

This parade honors all of our fallen veterans with marching bands, veterans from all over the country, floats, as well as entertainment.
Alexandria Memorial Day Jazz Festival
Monday, May 27, 2013 1:00-6:00p
Waterfront Park, Alexandria – 36th Annual Memorial Day Festival this year will feature a wide variety of music. There will be food and drink available for purchase, but you can also bring your own picnic. Read more about this event.
