Real Estate Property Tax Rates - July 1, 2012

Northern Virginia residential real estate property taxes have been changed effective July 1, 2012. Rates are for FY 2012-2013. All rates are per $100 of assessed value. Below are the new rates by jurisdiction:

| Arlington County |
$0.971 + $0.125 for commercial properties |
| Town of Clifton | $1.075 |
| City of Fairfax | $1.01 |
| Fairfax County |
$1.075 + $0.11 for commercial properties |
| City of Falls Church | $1.27 |
| Town of Herndon | $0.265 + Fairfax County tax |
| Loudoun County | $1.235 |
| Prince William County | $1.205 |
| Town of Vienna | $0.2421 + Fairfax County tax |
