Clifton Real Estate Market

More remote and secluded than other more populous portions of Fairfax County, the Clifton real estate market offers a small-town vibe, surrounded by a gorgeous Northern Virginia natural environment. Neatly situated in southwestern Fairfax County, Clifton includes a select number of single-family homes on its eastern and southern sides, amid a heavily forested landscape. Much of the northern side of the town remains reserved for equestrian use, which is just one of the many reasons that homebuyers continue to consider Clifton for their new place to call home.

Altogether, there are only about 300 residents living within the boundaries of Clifton, with the town remaining roughly about the same size that it was in the 1900s. However, much of the stagnant growth is due to efforts to keep the beauty of the area intact when other nearby communities continue to grow in size. Homes for sale in Clifton, VA include traditional designs, as well as various custom-built multi-million dollar residences with plenty of room and space to grow.
