Held on the 2nd Saturday every month, 50+ vendors have booths featuring antiques, vintage and thrift items, and one-of-a-kind artisan goods.

Recently named the best flea market in VA by Domino Magazine, shoppers can find items such as sports memorabilia, housewares, children's items, artwork, furniture, and vintage clothing. A Rocklands food truck will serve smoked BBQ, homemade sides, and cold drinks at the market.

The Del Ray neighborhood will be rocking and rolling while hitting the top hot spots for cold ones during the Bands and Brews Summer Bar Crawl on August 21. Meet up with friends and other attendees for a good time you won't soon forget during this fantastic afternoon out on the town.

Ticket holders will ride the trolley through town, focusing on the Avenue District, and stopping at 15+ restaurants and bars with top mixologists, live music, food & stellar drink specials. There will be fun surprises along with a 50/50 raffle.

Take a Culinary Trip: Around The World Cultural Food Festival

Take a global culinary excursion and return home with a happy palate and a full stomach after spending the day at the Around the World Cultural Food Festival. This Alexandria event is an all-around treat serving the culture and cuisine of over 40 countries.

There will be singers, dancers, and plenty of artisans and sensational food vendors across Oronoco Bay Park. While the entrance is free, attendees must purchase food and drinks. The festival is also pet friendly and will press on rain or shine!

Fun by Land & Air at the Arlington County Fair

Once again, the Arlington County Fair brings the community five days of fun and is known as one of the largest free events along the East Coast. In addition to livestock and artistic competitions (get those art supplies ready!), there will be a bounty of exciting things to do at the fair.

The Cole Shows Amusement Company will be bringing some of the most beloved rides and a few new ones designed to take riders to top heights and speeds. The midway will boast dozens of games suitable for all ages. The entertainment tent will be rocking on Saturday with hot local and regional bands and other special presentations.

Take the youngsters to the kid's court for a variety of age-appropriate activities. Interactive games, face painting, live performances, arts and crafts, and bounce houses will be ready for action. Everything in the kid's court is also free!
